Apprada provides specific, real-time, and objective feedback on the performance of employees. It is an easy-to-implement platform for managers, colleagues, and other stakeholders to share and document their appreciation and valuation of an employee’s skills, strengths, and areas for improvement.

This feedback could be used for performance evaluations, promotions, and career development. The platform is fully customisable, lives integrated into Microsoft Teams, and synchronises with Active Directory.
