The position reports to the Commercial Expansion Manager and is responsible to generate business growth through sales in order to reach profit targets.
The Commercial Expansion Executive is responsible for developing, building, and maintaining excellent stakeholder relationships, proactively seeking out business growth opportunities, championing the client solution requirements promoting, positioning, and selling the Salt portfolio, and attaining non-negotiable monthly and quarterly targets through clearly defined sales objectives.
The preferred candidate should have at least grade 12 with a minimum of 10 years of work experience. A driver’s license and own transport are essential.

- You are a Namibian Citizen.
- You have proven, extensive experience in Business to Business sales, business development, or commercial expansion.
- You have proven monetary target achievement capabilities.
- You are fluent in Microsoft 365 applications such as MS Word and MS Excel.
- You understand the value of excellent customer service.
- You are an excellent communicator and teamwork champion, with the ability to work proactively and independently.
- You have serious time management, project management, analytical and negotiation chops.
